Spreading Pennies

I've been asked a couple of times already exactly how one goes about obtaining a pandacat; I must tell you now that the process involved requires great peril and often results in the loss of life and/or limb.

And let me tell you, the number of times I've been ambushed while spreading pennies... *tsk, tsk*
